Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds will be processed for any cancellations that are made in less than 48 hours before the delivery date. Please speak to us on 07468 915318, if you need any assistance.

If there are any damages or misspelled on your products, it needs to be kept informed us via 07468 915318, (WhatsApp) or email to customercare@asianpearlseafoods.com, with pictures of your products within 3 hours of the delivery made by the driver. Our customer service agent will be available between 10am – 7pm to resolve any issues.

In the event of Crystal Amusements Limited t/a Asian Pearl Seafoods needing to issue a refund, we will endeavor to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.
